Things you should know about HCG diet

Sometime it happens that while going through your wardrobe you find an old denim jeans of yours which you used to wear some years back and suddenly you get a surge to wear It again and you get disappointed because the jeans which once used to be a slim fit now its waist is too small for you and you start thinking about cutting your fat so that you can bring your body in the same shape which it used to when sometime back. 

People consider lot of options in order to get back the desired shape. One of them is HCG Weight loss. This diet was firstly researches and implanted by a British physician. His name is A.T.W Simeon. The full form of HCG is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin which actually is a hormone found in the placenta. As per many doctors and weight loss consultants HCG helps in reducing the curb a person’s aptitude.

The HCG diet is very strict and consists of very less amount of calorie intake. A person also needs to take HCG hormone on daily basis. They can either be taken through an injection or orally. The maximum limit of calorie intake per day of a person has to be 500 calorie per day.  Thus a person need to fill up his kitchen and refrigerator with food comes with fewer calories. Finding foods with fewer calories becomes a daunting task for the person especially for those who never buy food items by checking calorie amount.
Few food items and drink items about which a user should know while doing HCG diet are as follows:

A person on diet can eat chicken breast, white fish, lobster, shrimp, beef, veal and cab however a user need to take care of the fat if there is any fat available in them. In case of vegetables a person can have cucumber, onion, capsicum, spinach and tomatoes.

Coffee, plain or mineral water and tea is allowed to have in drink.  Having lemon juice every day is beneficial for a person who is on diet.
